3 room apartment 63m²
About this renovation:
This 63m² apartment was completely renovated to welcome a young, dynamic couple who are design enthusiasts.
The interior designer entirely rethought this apartment room by room. All existing partition walls were demolished in order to restore proportions perfectly suited to the client's expectations.
The living room was treated in a minimal fashion, with a deliberate focus on light and the view over an urban park — a true living painting that evolves with the seasons. A bespoke bookcase references Haussmannian codes while reinterpreting them in a contemporary manner. It incorporates a bioethanol fireplace and two sliding mirrors concealing a television.
A black box, deliberately raised off the floor, houses the kitchen, bathroom and WC. This atypical element — in deliberate contrast with the Haussmannian setting — incorporates all the expected modernity and technology. Two large sliding doors in valchromat provide access to these fully bespoke spaces.
The study offers a beautiful celebration of wood, underscored by a bold colour. This monochrome MDF + oak veneer panel features undulating shelves that vary in depth to serve either as a worktop or a simple display surface.
The bedroom offers greater neutrality in its forms, allowing the mind to rest. This project is a blend of different worlds that now form a genuine whole.
